JPN FINWAY.COM is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Calling Executives to join our growing team at our Jayanagar, Bangalore office. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s financial products and services and generate qualified leads. The executive will be required to communicate clearly and professionally, understand customer requirements, and provide accurate information in a persuasive yet courteous manner.

The role involves maintaining a high level of customer engagement, addressing basic queries, and following up with interested prospects to support the sales process. Candidates are expected to meet daily and monthly call targets while ensuring quality conversations and proper call etiquette. Accurate updating of call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up information in the system is an essential part of the job.

The position is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who are comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Applicants should have good communication skills in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi and be willing to learn new processes and scripts. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements are required.
