Key Responsibilities: • Lead Strategy & Management: Develop and implement lead generation strategies through digital, outbound, and referral channels; ensure consistent lead pipeline quality and volume. • Client Acquisition & Engagement: Conduct consultative discussions with potential clients to understand workspace requirements, present customized solutions, and drive conversions. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging; coordinate with the business development and operations teams to ensure seamless client handover and onboarding. • Market Intelligence: Continuously track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for positioning ClayWorks’ offerings effectively. • Sales Process Management: Own and manage the CRM for lead tracking, pipeline forecasting, and reporting.
