Telecaller

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team CW Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 15000 - 18000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling: Make proactive calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate sales leads, and follow up.

• Inbound calling: Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, provide information, and handle complaints professionally.

• Sales and engagement: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing, persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

• Customer service: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

• Lead management: Follow up with leads to nurture them into customers and maintain healthy customer relationships. 

•  Job Requirements:The minimum qualification for this role is +2 and 1 yrs. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Days during the Day shift.
