We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at BPO/KPO. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹10,000 - ₹23,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Rotational shift.
Process: Medical Billing-Blended Process (70% Voice & 30% back office)
Job Descriptions: Need to handle medical billing Insurance related queries via calls and Backoffice.
Communication: Average to Good communication skills are needed.
Qualification: HSC Fresher/Graduate Fresher’s/3 Years of Diploma can apply.
Shift Timing:
•5.00 PM to 2.00 AM
•6.00 PM to 3.00 AM
•8:00 PM TO 5:00 AM
Training Shift Timing (Approximately 45 Days):
•6.00 AM to 3.00 PM
•1.00 PM to 10.00 PM
One Side Home Pickup or Drop would be available as per the shifts.
Week offs: Saturday and Sunday fixed offs.
Rounds of Interviews: Hr, Voice & Accent, and Operation Rounds.
