We are looking for a TELE CALLERS to join our team Black Social Team Foundation This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support.
The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of 10000 to 20000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th  12th Pass and 0 - 1+ years of experience.
The role requires Calling Customers and Informing Them About the Company's Product/ Service, Receive Calls and Solve Queries....
