We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our team in Mira Road West, Mumbai. This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Address queries, manage complaints, and provide timely resolutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Meet performance targets and coordinate with other departments for escalations.

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

  • Ability to handle pressure and customer queries patiently.
