Customer Care Executive

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our team in Mira Road West, Mumbai. This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address queries, manage complaints, and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers when required to ensure satisfaction.

• Provide accurate product/service information to help resolve issues.

• Meet performance targets and coordinate with other departments for escalations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: Freshers only (0 years)

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

• Ability to handle pressure and customer queries patiently.

• Comfortable with 6 working days in a day shift schedule.
