Eligibility:

- ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month

- Rotational Shifts
Working Days:
- 6 Days Working
- Sunday Fixed Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about airline services and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company procedures.
