Position: Female Telecalling & Customer Service Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and provide information about company services.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

• Schedule service appointments and conduct follow-up calls.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, Email, and WhatsApp.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
