We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Tele Counsellors who can guide students regarding career opportunities in Aviation, Hospitality, and Customer Service industries. Candidates will be responsible for outbound calling, counselling students, generating leads, and converting inquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn courses

Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities
Generate and follow up on leads through tele-calling
Maintain call records and update lead details in the system
Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Handle customer queries professionally over calls
Freshers are welcome if you have good communication skills
