Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller Inbound to join our team TSI (Transworld System Inc)

7th Floor, Transworld Systems India Pvt Ltd, Vishwaroop IT Park, Pranavanandji Marg, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703 to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to BPO. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹20,000 to 24,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound customer calls for US mortgage process

Resolving customer queries professionally
Providing accurate information as per process guidelines
Maintaining call quality, compliance, and documentation

Achieving performance and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria :

Graduates (Freshers welcome)

HSC + 6 months BPO experience preferred

Age: 18–40 years
Excellent communication and listening skills
The candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working during the night shift.
