Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Inbound)
Location: Vashi
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls in a professional manner
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
