Job Role: Telecaller – Loan Recovery / Collections

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Loan Recovery team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan payments, following up on pending EMIs, and encouraging customers to clear their outstanding dues through proper communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments and pending EMIs.

2. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collections.

3. Explain outstanding balances, overdue charges, and settlement options.

4. Convince customers to make payments and achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

5. Maintain proper records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups.

6. Coordinate with the field collection team for payment updates.

7. Handle customer queries and payment-related issues professionally.

8. Ensure regular follow-ups on promised payment dates.

9. Maintain professional communication and follow company collection policies.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of loan recovery and EMI collections.

• Ability to handle customer objections.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in telecalling, banking, finance, or loan recovery is an added advantage.

Job Objective: To maximize loan recovery through effective customer communication, consistent follow-ups, and timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
