Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Understand customer concerns related to recharge issues and provide accurate solutions
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve customer queries
Ensure quick and effective resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and efficiently
Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of recharge processes (telecom/online payments preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred)
