Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, following up on existing leads, converting leads into customers, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided lead database.
· Follow up with previous leads to nurture relationships and generate sales opportunities.
· Understand customer requirements and effectively present products.
· Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
· Maintain and update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
Required Skills:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
· Self-motivated approach.
Qualification:
· Higher Secondary (10+2) or graduate (any stream).
· Experience in Tele Sales, Tele Calling, or Customer Support will be preferred.
Training & Support:
· Comprehensive in-house CRM training will be provided.
