We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate quality leads through outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and create opportunities for the sales team to convert into clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and generate qualified leads.
Explain the company’s products/services in a clear and convincing manner.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team where necessary.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in CRM systems.
Follow up on previous leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and redirect to appropriate departments when needed.
