Tele Caller

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves generating leads, interacting with clients, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate leads through outbound and inbound calls

 Explain property details, pricing, and project highlights to potential clients

 Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits/bookings

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

 Maintain and update CRM/Excel records of leads and customer interactions

 Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures

Requirements

 Qualification: HSC / Graduate

 Experience: Up to 4 years in telecalling / sales

 Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi is a plus)

 Strong convincing and negotiation skills

 Ability to work in a target-driven environment

 Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred
