We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Kaiser Abbott Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. 2. Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and career pages. 3. Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and job fairs. 4. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess applicant suitability. 5.
