We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries and concerns through email. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional responses while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations through email.
• Provide clear and accurate resolutions as per company policies.
• Maintain SLA/TAT for customer interactions.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvement.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple queries and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and email management systems.
• Prior customer service/email support experience is preferred.
• Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage.
