International Banking Voice Process

As an International Customer Representative, you will interact with customers over calls and provide professional assistance related to banking services, customer queries, complaints, and other banking-related concerns.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing international customer calls professionally.
Provide excellent customer support through the International Voice Process.
Assist customers with banking-related queries, services, concerns, and complaints.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and relevant solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Track customer follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant department when required.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure effective issue resolution.
Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and customer service.
Meet key performance metrics, including:
- Call Handling Time
- Customer Satisfaction
- Resolution Rate
- Quality Parameters

🎓 Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Experience in Customer Service, International Voice Process, Banking Process, or BPO will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to handle customer complaints and provide the right information.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in an International Voice Process.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and professional environment.
