Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused individual to handle customer calls for our astrology services. Your role will involve providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.

• Understand customer queries related to astrology services and provide the right guidance.

• Address complaints and concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

• Log all customer interactions and maintain proper call records.

• Escalate complex issues to the senior team when required.

• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  
  Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience (BPO/calling experience is an advantage)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Problem-solving mindset

• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

• Shift Type: Day Shift
