Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all walk-ins, inquiries, and members at the front desk.

• Follow up on leads received through campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Drive sales targets through effective closing and upselling.

• Ensure cleanliness, order, and professionalism at the reception area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk, sales, or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.

• Flexibility for rotational shifts, including weekends.
