Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Royal Enfield models, accessories, and add-on services.

• Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.

• Provide detailed information about features, pricing, exchange programs, and finance options.

Sales Process Management

• Handle lead follow-ups from walk-ins, enquiries, calls, and online platforms.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and documentation.

• Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to assist customers in completing purchases.

• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat sales.

• Ensure smooth delivery process and high customer satisfaction.

• Manage post-sales follow-up and feedback collection.

Showroom Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and product arrangement in the showroom.

• Keep updated knowledge of Royal Enfield products, new launches, and competitive bikes.

• Participate in promotional events, test-ride camps, and marketing activities.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
