We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Smart Homes for our real estate projects. The role includes handling client calls, explaining project details, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Call and follow up with leads generated for different real estate projects.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties or projects.
Maintain proper follow-up and build good relationships with clients.
Coordinate site visits and share project information clearly with clients.
Update daily call status and client details in the system or Excel.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Confident in talking to clients on phone and in person.
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, calling tools)
