Job Description: Integration Executive – Education Services

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and career-oriented individual who is passionate about the education sector. The Integration Executive will be responsible for visiting play schools and Montessori centers to present and explain our service offerings. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in the edutech/early education space or someone with less than one year of experience looking for a career shift.

Key Responsibilities

Visit play schools, Montessori centers, and early learning institutions to introduce and explain our education service offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, and administrators.

Support the onboarding and integration process for new partner schools.

Gather feedback from schools and share insights with the leadership team.

Assist the Director with field updates, coordination activities, and follow-ups.

Represent the company professionally during meetings and school visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Passion for the education sector, especially early childhood education.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to speak Kannada, English, and Hindi fluently.

No strict educational qualification required.

Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience (preferably in education, sales, or field operations) are welcome.

Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore.

Self-driven, energetic, and eager to learn.

Comfortable interacting with school management and educators.

Good presentation and explanation skills.
