Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with experience in the Steel, Ferro Alloys, Metals, or Industrial Raw Materials sector. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective market development and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel, ferro alloys, foundry, casting, and manufacturing sectors.
Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Steel, Ferro Alloys, Metals, Mining, Industrial Products, or related industries.
Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Skills
Existing network within steel plants, rolling mills, foundries, smelters, and manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of ferro alloys such as Ferro Silicon, Ferro Manganese, Silico Manganese, and related products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
