Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our plywood and allied products. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage sales for Prelaminated Particle & MDF Boards, Plywood and related products.
Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retailers
Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, carpenters, and builders
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and collect market intelligence
Handle price negotiations, order booking, and payment follow-ups
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination with the production/logistics team
Address customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems
Promote brand visibility through product displays and promotional activities
Skills & Qualifications :
HSC or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience in Plywood, Laminates, Particle & MDF Boards will be value added.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Knowledge of local market and dealer network
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Experience in Plywood, woodworking and Interior materials industry
Existing dealer/architect network is an advantage
Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
