Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, ensuring a delightful shopping experience, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery preferences and needs.

• Showcase products effectively, highlighting design, craftsmanship, and material details.

• Assist customers in product selection and provide detailed information on pricing, offers, and customization.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the display is attractive and well-organized.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain sales records accurately.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

• Manage after-sales service, such as resizing, cleaning, and repair follow-ups.

• Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, collections, and competitors’ offerings.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety and ethical sales practices.
