Key Responsibilities:

 1.⁠ ⁠Lead and manage a team of sales agents

 2.⁠ ⁠Achieve sales targets and performance metrics

 3.⁠ ⁠Monitor and analyze sales metrics.

 4.⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies and process improvements

 5.⁠ ⁠Conduct training and coaching sessions for agents

 6.⁠ ⁠Handle customer escalations and resolve issues

 7.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and preferences

 8.⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

 9.⁠ ⁠Manage team performance, attendance, and productivity

10.⁠ ⁠Provide feedback and performance evaluations

Requirements:

 1.⁠ ⁠6 months+ of experience in sales, preferably in BPO

 2.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

 3.Ability to motivate and manage a team

 4.Analytical and problem-solving skills

 5.Familiarity with sales software and tools.
