Job Summary:

Sutherland is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates for our AT&T inbound voice process. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries for AT&T services professionally and efficiently

• Provide accurate information and effective resolution to customer issues

• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and support

• Maintain call quality and compliance standards

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Adhere to schedules in a night shift, international process setup

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹24,000 to ₹34,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month

• Overtime Allowance: Up to ₹10,000 per month (based on hours)

• Travel Allowance + Cab Facilities (as per company policy)

• Night Shift Allowance (included)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Communication: Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills are mandatory
