We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to drive growth through both offline and online channels. You will be responsible for building relationships with retail stores, dealers, and institutional buyers, while also leveraging online platforms to generate leads and close sales.
Identify and approach potential retailers, distributors, and wholesalers for Akiara products.
Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Regularly visit local markets, appliance shops, and exhibitions to generate leads.
Build long-term relationships with offline B2B clients to drive repeat business.
Collect feedback from the market and share insights with the product and marketing team.
Generate and convert leads through B2B portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, etc.
Handle online inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate virtual product demos and client discussions via phone or video calls.
Ensure product listings on online platforms are accurate, updated, and appealing.
Maintain sales records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consumer appliances or electronics.
Familiarity with B2B marketplaces and tools like IndiaMART, Alibaba, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with fieldwork and occasional travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
