Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in curating an expectional arrival and craft the entire experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• To deliver a warm, personalized and memorable experience to each customer.

• Maintain strong collaboration with Karting, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Sales and Events to enhance the overall guest journey

• Elevate brand loyalty and guest satisfaction by proactively identifying and resolving service challenges

• Monitor and analyze guest feedback and service scores, implementing enhancements to continuously improve the arrival and departure experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years' of customer service / leadership experience preferably in entertainment or hospitality market.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service

• Flexible scheduling based on operational needs

• Be on feet for long periods of time

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
