• Call and follow up on marketing and database leads
• Explain project details clearly and confidently
• Qualify prospects and understand buyer requirements
• Schedule and coordinate site visits
• Maintain proper CRM updates and daily reports
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Strong communication skills (Kannada & English preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
• Ability to handle objections and close for site visits
