Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tender processes on GeM Portal and other e-procurement portals

  • Search, analyze, and identify relevant tenders

  • Prepare and upload tender documents as per guidelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs

  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines

  • Track tender status and follow up for results

  • Maintain records of submitted tenders and documentation

  • Assist in bid clarification and post-tender activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience as a Tender Executive

  • Mandatory experience with GeM Portal

  • Knowledge of other e-procurement portals

  • Basic understanding of tender documentation and bidding process

  • Good computer skills (MS Office, PDF handling, online portals)

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in government or PSU tenders

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Candidates from Chennai preferred
