As an Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

📞 1. Driving Sales Through Direct Communication

Ø Actively performing cold calls to convert prospects into direct sales.

Ø Motivating and persuading customers smartly to generate leads and close business.

□ 2. Building & Maintaining Client Relationships

Ø Providing accurate information and timely support to all clients.

Ø Ensuring each customer receives a professional and pleasant experience.

📊 3. Ensuring Service Excellence

Ø Delivering high-quality service and maintaining organizational standards.

Ø Keeping all processes aligned with company policies and business goals.

🗂 4. Database & Record Maintenance

Ø Managing and updating internal data accurately and regularly.

Ø Ensuring proper documentation for calls, leads, follow-ups, and closures.

🗣 5. Smart & Effective Communication

Ø Communicating in a confident, polished, and convincing manner.

Ø Explaining company services clearly to clients over phone calls.

Ø We are looking for someone who is:

Ø Well-presented, confident, and professional in conduct.

Ø Experienced candidates in Sales will have an advantage.

Ø Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of local/native language is preferred.

Ø Passionate about client interaction and eager to meet sales goals.
