• Tender Identification & Analysis:Search for and monitor relevant tender opportunities from online portals and other sources. 

• Bid Preparation:Compile and submit complete, accurate, and competitive technical and commercial tender proposals. 

• Internal Coordination:Liaise with various departments (e.g., technical, sales, accounts) to gather necessary information, data, and documentation. 

• Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all tender documents meet client, regulatory, and company requirements, and maintain standardized formats. 

• Timeline Management:Track tender deadlines, ensuring all submissions are made on time and managing any required e-tender uploads. 

• Client & Stakeholder Communication:Respond to queries, negotiate terms, and follow up with clients and stakeholders post-submission. 

• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and organized records of all bid documents, communications, and tender outcomes.
