Customer Support Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to acquire new customers and manage repeat sales.

The role is purely performance-based, offering attractive commissions on both new customer acquisition and recurring orders.

Target Customers

Hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, canteens, food manufacturers, and any wholesale buyers while maintaining MOQ.

Responsibilities

1. Acquire new customers and generate first orders

2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

3. Encourage repeat purchases and ensure customer retention

4. Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payments and smooth order completion

5. Maintain regular communication to ensure smooth order flow

6. Set correct expectations with buyers on delivery timeline and order requirements
