Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable car models.

• Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, and offers.

• Arrange test drives and demonstrate product features.

• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

• Maintain product knowledge of all models, variants & specifications.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Complete documentation for booking, delivery, and finance.

• Coordinate with the sales manager, delivery team, and finance department.

• Maintain a clean and professional showroom display.
