Job Title: Sales Representative – US Process (Voice & Chat)
Location: Opp. Borivali National Park, Borivali East, Mumbai – 400066

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to handle communication with our US B2B clients. The role involves assisting customers with their orders, resolving queries, and coordinating with the sales team in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and chats with US clients for order support and queries.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and help them place new orders.

• Coordinate with US sales representatives for appointments and follow-ups.

• Update records and ensure timely communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

• 2–3 years’ experience in international voice/chat process or B2B sales preferred.

• Confident, customer-focused, and proactive.

• Comfortable with US night shift.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
