Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Follow up on quotations and convert them into purchase orders.
Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Prepare invoices, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and MIS reports.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
