Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive company revenue. The Sales Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, maintain customer records, and ensure smooth communication between sales, clients, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and contracts
Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups with clients
Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems
Process sales orders and track order status through fulfillment
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams
Handle customer inquiries and provide product or service information
Monitor sales performance metrics and assist with forecasting
Ensure accuracy of pricing, contracts, and documentation
Assist in planning promotions, events, and sales campaigns
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or administration
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Working Conditions
Full-time position
