Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales processes, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining customer documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The role plays a critical part in order processing, customer communication, reporting, and overall sales operations within the construction, mining equipment, or automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and support the sales team
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents
Track sales inquiries, leads, and orders through CRM/ERP systems
Liaise with internal teams (service, finance, logistics, inventory) for timely order execution
Communicate with customers and OEM regarding order status, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and documentation
Prepare sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Assist in coordinating dispatch, delivery, and post-sales documentation
Support sales promotions, exhibitions, and dealer activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and approval processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or in any field
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration
Prior experience in construction equipment, mining equipment, automobile, or industrial sales preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP systems
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of heavy equipment or automobile sales processes
Experience working with dealer networks or B2B sales
Understanding of logistics, warranty, and after-sales coordination.
