Job Description

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Support Sales Team

Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks.
Prepare and distribute sales documents, quotes, and proposals.
Maintain sales records and databases.

🔹 Customer Communication

Serve as a point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status and delivery.
Resolve or escalate customer issues appropriately.

🔹 Order & Documentation Management

Process sales orders accurately and ensure proper documentation.
Enter sales orders into the CRM or sales system.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.

🔹 Coordination Across Teams

Liaise with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations to support sales activities.
Coordinate delivery schedules with the supply chain or logistics team.
Ensure that commitments to customers are met.

🔹 Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Identify trends and provide insights to improve sales processes.

🔹 Administrative Support

Organize sales meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Maintain contact lists and keep customer data up to date.
Create presentations and reports when needed.
