Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions within defined timelines
Process orders, track shipments, and update customers on order statuses
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Gather customer feedback to improve service quality
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
Skills Required:
· Must-Have: Customer Service, MS Office, CRM Software, Order Processing, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Multitasking, Attention to Detail
· Good-to-Have: ERP Systems, Multilingual Proficiency, Analytical & Reporting Skills
