Role Summary:

You’ll handle coordination, follow-ups, and documentation and support the sales team to keep the process running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with sales, clients and internal teams

• Lead assignment and follow-ups

• Preparing quotations and agreements

• Updating CRM

• MIS reporting

• Scheduling meetings and demos

• Payment follow-ups

• Handling basic client queries

Skills Needed:

• Strong communication

• Advanced Excel—Vlookup, Hlookup, tenure, countif, pivot table

• CRM knowledge

• Multi-tasking

• Attention to detail
