Customer Support Sales Co-ordinator

Role Purpose

To support sales operations by managing leads, coordinating with customers and internal teams, tracking orders, and ensuring timely communication from enquiry stage to dispatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

A. Lead Management & Customer Calling

· Maintain and update leads received from IndiaMart, Google, and the sales team.

· Call new prospective customers to introduce the company, products, and basic business details.

· Call existing customers to follow up for repeat orders and sales requirements.

B. Order Coordination & Internal Follow-up

· Forward buying requests received from customers to the billing team for further processing.

· Coordinate with the billing team once Purchase Orders (POs are generated).

· Share PO details received from the billing team with vendors for confirmation.

C. Vendor & Payment Coordination

· Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and payment confirmation.

· Collect payment screenshots and confirmed PO copies from vendors.

· Share payment proof and PO details with the accounts team for record and further action.

D. Dispatch, Logistics & Delivery Follow-up

· Coordinate with the dispatch team to share transport details and branch office delivery addresses.

· Follow up with the dispatch team to confirm whether LR (Logistic Receipt) is received.

· Share LR photos with dealers to keep them informed about dispatch status.

· Follow up with dealers if material is not received on time.

· Coordinate internally to handle cases of material shortage or non-availability and ensure required changes or corrections are made as per situation.

E. Growth & Conversion Responsibilities

· Track lead-to-order conversion and highlight drop-offs or delays to seniors for corrective action.

· Maintain basic data that helps management understand enquiry trends and dealer behaviour.

Skills & Competencies

· Good communication and calling skills

· Strong follow-up and coordination ability

· Basic understanding of sales order and dispatch flow

· Organised working style and attention to details

· candidates who can speak Telugu/Malayalam / Kannada / Bengali, or candidates from North India, preferably staying in Dombivli or nearby areas.

Qualification & Experience

· Qualification: Graduate

· Experience: 1–2 years in Sales Support / Tele-calling / Order Coordination roles

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
