Responsibilities include:
Assisting the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities, and sales documentation support in raising request for account creation & update!
Coordinating with internal departments such as Commercial Planning & Research, finance, and customer service if required
Managing sales data, generating reports, and analysing sales trends to support decision-making and sales strategies.
Assisting in the preparation of sales contracts.
Supporting sales team members with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing travel arrangements.
Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Strong Excel, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate reports.
Salary to be offered Rs. 25,000 to 30,000/- pm. Hike depends on skills and interview).
