Recovery Team Lead

We are looking for a Recovery Team Lead to join our team at Payassured Credit Services Private Limited. The role offers ₹28,000 - ₹30,000 and involves managing Recovery with good Network across PAN India. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of Recovery Executives to achieve collection and recovery targets, monitor productivity, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and training.

2. Oversee field recovery operations by allocating accounts, tracking field visits, reviewing difficult and escalated cases, and ensuring timely resolution of delinquent accounts.

3. Ensure compliance and process adherence with company policies, RBI guidelines, client requirements, DRS management, and accurate documentation of customer interactions and recovery activities.

4. Drive operational excellence and reporting through regular MIS reviews, collection performance analysis, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of process improvements to maximize recoveries.

5. Demonstrate flexibility to travel across PAN India as per business requirements to support operations, client engagements, team supervision, audits, and recovery initiatives.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is above 10th and 4 - 6+ years of experience. The role involves managing field recovery agents and drive numbers. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.

MANDATE Requirement: Willingness to travel across PAN India as per Business Needs.
