VARS Builders is hiring a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive for our premium plotted development project, Aria Greens.
We are looking for energetic sales professionals with a passion for real estate and strong client-handling skills to drive site visits, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound property sales enquiries
Generate and follow up with leads from digital marketing campaigns and referrals
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to clients
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (mandatory)
Experience in plotted developments or residential sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to independently manage leads and close sales
Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel preferred
Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings
