Job Description – Quality Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Quality Analyst for our Australian Solar Campaign. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in quality monitoring, call auditing, and process improvement within an international voice process.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit agent calls on a daily basis
Evaluate call quality as per process parameters and compliance standards
Share timely feedback with agents and team leaders for performance improvement Maintain quality scorecards and daily audit reports
Identify recurring errors, gaps, and training needs
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Trainers for improvement plans
Ensure adherence to campaign scripts, pitch, and objection handling standards
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA performance reports
Eligibility / Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in a Quality Analyst / Call Auditing role
Experience in international voice process / Australian campaign / lead generation preferred
Strong listening and analytical skills
Excellent communication and feedback-sharing abilities
Good knowledge of call auditing sheets, CRM, and reporting tools
