Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through calls and follow-ups for overdue payments.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues as per company policies.

• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment issues.

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account reconciliation.

• Update collection status and customer feedback in the CRM/system.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience in Collection, Recovery, Telecalling, BFSI, or Customer Service preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply (depending on company requirements).
